TRENDS HOME FOR THREE GENERATIONS

MajalahFranchise.com, Parsippany Coldwell Banker-The survey results showed an increase of 37 percent of home buyers to accommodate the needs of more than one generation. In fact, 70 percent believe that home buyers agents outsmart the economic crisis by buying a home for multi-generation.
The survey results are announced in January 2010 and then it says, the reason looking for a home for multi-generation is due to financial reasons, health, wanted to get closer to family.
It is said, for financial reasons as much as 39 percent, 29 percent for health reasons and for reasons close to the family as much as 6 percent.
"While many people are saving to buy a house multiple generations and until now not simply because of financial problems," says Diann Patton, Coldwell Banker Real Estate Consumer Specialist, as quoted franchising.com today.
He suggests, two to three generations living under one roof to enhance a more flexible schedule, quality time with each other and better in terms of child care.
